8 (12-inch) pieces decorative ribbon or thread
8 large pretzel twists
16 small pretzel twists
4 oz. clear hard fruit candies (minus 1/2 cup)
4 small red gumdrops, halved
8 small gumdrops of any color for eyes,
halved

Heat oven to 350�F. Line large cookie sheetwith foil. Starting from back, loop ribbon through top 2 holes of each large pretzel, making 3-inch loop; tie for hanging. Place each large pretzel 1 inch apart on foil-lined cookie sheet. Place small pretzel above each hole on each side of ribbons to form reindeers' antlers. Place hard candies in resealable food storage plastic bag; crush with rolling pin or hammer. Fill all openings in large pretzels with crushed candies. Fill only bottom hole in each small pretzel. Place small amount of crushed candy on pretzel where antlers join head. Bake at 350�F. for about 3 minutes or just
until candy is melted. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven. Immediately push antlersgently against head; place gumdrops, cut side down, on melted candy (red gumdrops for noses and remaining gumdrops for eyes),
Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled. Carefully peel foil from ornaments.
