| Chocolate Chip Cheesecake |
| 3 eggs 1 cup Karo syrup 1 cup sugar 2 tbs margarine or butter, melted 4 oz semisweet chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups pecan halves 1- 9" unbaked pie shell In a large bowl stir together first 6 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350 oven for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool before serving. |
