| Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies |
| Batter: 1/2 cup vegetable ioil 1/4 cup water 2 eggs, room temperature 1 (1 lb. 6 ounce) box of brownie mix Filling: 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbs all purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbs vanilla Frosting: 1 (16 ounce) container prepared rich chocolate frosting 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray. In bowl, beat together oil, water and eggs. Stir in brownie mix until all ingredients are moist. Spread batter in pan. In bowl, cream together peanut butter and remaining filling ingredients; blend well, Carefully spread filling over batter. Using rubber spatula, cut filling into batter creating a marble effect throughout the batter. Bake for 40 minutes. Do not overbake! Meanwhile, in medium bowl, cream together frosting and peanut butter. SPread frosting over brownies immediatly after baking or after completely cooled. Makes 2 dozen brownies |
