10/26/06:  Well, today is CD80.  Yep, you read that right - CD80.  But guess what arrived?!  All without help?!?!  WOOHOO!!!!  Of course, the down side is that I'm not pregnant.  But ~ at least I started on my own.  That's always a major accomplishment in itself!

10/27/06:  Got really freaked out because this was starting to look like a very usual period.  I took a PG test just to see - and saw this "squint and you can almost see it" 2nd line.  So, I started crying thinking I was having a chemical.  Called the doc and went in for Beta B/W.  It was negative.  At least I don't have to deal with the idea of having been pg.  Talked to the Doc about using something while we're taking our "financial break".  He was very supportive!  Going to talk to him tomorrow.

10/28/06:  Meet with Doc today.  We discussed using Letrozole rather than Clomid since I didn't respond very well.  So, starting that today.  Thankfully, the insurance covers it since it's not an "infertility" medication.  WOOHOO!!  I will do LH (Ovulation) tests at home to look for the LH surge.

11/9/06:  CD15 and still waiting for the + LH test.

11/12/06:  Started running out of LH tests (waiting for some that I ordered from E-Bay to arrive), so I used the last one today.  There was a REALLY close 2nd line.  So, I wonder what yesterday would have shown?!

11/14/06:  Temperature shift on BBT chart.  :)  Yesterday was CD19.

11/20/06:  Temps on BBT chart are still up.  Called the Doc about having P4 bloodwork (progesterone) done.  Getting results tomorrow since it was the early afternoon when I finally talked to someone about it.  :(

11/21/06:  HOORAY!!  Great news!!  I OVULATED!!  My P4 level yesterday was 15.7!!  Even if this doesn't bring a BFP, at least it worked!!

11/25/06: Faint + on an HPT.

11/27/06: Beta blood work.  HCG was 42 and Progesterone level was 28.9.  :)  It looks like it actually worked!

12/1/06: Beta #2.  HCG 312.

12/7/06: Beta #3.  HCG up to 3955!!  Wowzers!
12/7/06:  We had an U/S today.  We saw everything that needed to be seen - the fetal pole, yolk sac, etc.  Baby bean measured 3.9mm today.  We even saw the teeny little heartbeat!!  The machine wasn't able to measure how far along or get the BPM of the heartbeat.  So, we have another U/S in 2 weeks.
12/28/06:  U/S #2 today.  I was measuring 7w5d today.  A little off from when I thought I had ovulated, but doc said it's okay.  So, baby bean measured 13.9mm today.  Saw the heartbeat again which was finally measureable at 186bpm.  It's just so unbelievable!!  I "graduated" today.  Doc released me to start seeing my OB-GYN.  A little sad, but happy at the same time.  He's done all he can now.
1/11/06: OB appt. #1 today.  Since I was less than 10 weeks, they didn't check for the heartbeat.  I was a little bummed.  But doc will see me again in 2 weeks rather than 4.

1/23/06:  OB appt. #2.  Got to hear the heartbeat.  What a wonderful sound.  A nice & strong 160.  Now we have to wait another 4 weeks.  Can't wait to feel the little one start moving.  Then it will really seem real.
