Eight Lakes Community Association, Inc. d/b/a Mamanasco Beach Club (Eight Lakes/MBC), its facilities, properties, events, and activities are primarily managed and operated by unpaid directors, officers, and volunteers. I release Eight Lakes/MBC and its directors, officers, members, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability of any kind to me related to such facilities, properties, events, and/or activities. I also will be responsible, and will indemnify Eight Lakes/MBC, for any claim of any kind against Eight Lakes/MBC, or its directors, officers, members, volunteers, employees, or agents, made by any member or guest of my family (or resulting from any act or omission of myself or any member or guest of my family).

Pictures and recordings may be taken on Eight Lakes/MBC properties or at Eight Lakes/MBC events for use in informational/promotional materials. I authorize, on behalf of myself, my family and my guests, Eight Lakes/MBC to use our names, likenesses, and voices in such material (including on the Eight Lakes/MBC Web site) provided Eight Lakes/MBC uses commercially reasonable efforts to discontinue usage promptly if we object in writing.
