We are looking for ANGEL INVESTORS

$ 5,000,000.00 (Five MILLION dollars)
               (This will buy one of the properties and get the ball rolling. (buy
                 some of the large equipment, some office equip./supplies,
                  and pay for some expenses.))

                ($ 85,000,000.00 (Eighty-five MILLION dollars) would buy both
                   properties, equipment, office equipment/supplies, provide
                   transportaion for employers, investors and other high end
                   clients, pay wages/saleries, provide accomadations for
                   employees (as area is remote), among other business
                   needs.)

On one of the properties:
       Would be buying very large amounts of property in a rual area, then
       building HIGH DOLLAR homes on 5 (five) acre parcels, selling them
       to the client, building shops, health spas, resutraunts, marina, and
       other such thing that the wealthy are accustomed to and enjoy. All
       in a exclusive, private and security watched community.

On the other property:
       Would be again buying very large amounts of property in a rual area,
       then building homes on 1 (one) acre parcels, selling them to the client
       building shops, resturaunts, health spas, and other such buildings.

(Homes will be built with plans from our artitech as a result of working
with the clients wishes.)

One of the main things that this will do is to provide a lot of jobs for a long
time (many, many years).
