Harpers last two design elements is customer testimonials and contact details. Let the user give you feed back. The user can tell you better then anyone else if your web site is meeting his or her needs. A simple email link will afford the user an opportunity to write and express his or her views on the site. This can be a valuable tool for the Web Master as it is a great way to get feed back on the site. A user can tell you if the links are easy to use; how easy the site is to navigate, did the images take to long to load or if they loaded properly in their browser. These are all things that should have been checked before, but someone out there may be using a browser that the Web Master didn’t check their site in, or a problem may have arose at some point, such as a link may be disabled. User feed back can be constructive and should be evaluated by the Web Master.
