| Life Changes |
| Today was the last day of a stage of my life. I had copy of the graphic above was on my school bus. I took it down for the last time Friday. May 23, 2003 ended my Bus driving. I have been driving for 7 years, 6 full time. I came to a point in my life that I had to make some changes. There was a time when I truly loved my job. I felt it was so rewarding. So many of these kids have touched me on so many ways. Brandon, Rebeka, whose bodies are whole because they are walking with Jesus now, which they could not do here on earth. Will, Chris, Kathleen,Starla,Blake,Joey,Eric,Clifford, Quentez,Katie and of course my Beth. I will miss my precious kids they have stolen my heart forever. All kids are Special in their own way. But a Handicap child is Special in every way. I hope I have some way that I was able to leave a impact on their lives as they have mine. Lots of people are avoid these kids because they don't have a clue what they are about. In my opinion they are the same as you and me just much more innocent and I feel they are also much closer to God. The reason I resigned from my job is I felt I had come to a point in life where I was needed more at home for my family due to LIFE CHANGES. UPDATE! December 6, 2004 Here I am back on a bus again. Due once again to Life Changes. During the last year I have faced many more of Life's Changes. The worst by far, Losing my Brother to severe complications of Diabetes. And a almost devastating illness of Beth. Several surgeries my Daddy had to go though. All seemed to be going pretty good and Beth loves to ride a school bus. So I thought I would sub some. Just so happen I hit it just at the right time. A new route was being started in my part of the county and it was offered to me. So I took. I guess you just never know. LIFE CHANGES |
