We bought the house in 1982. A neighbor said it was moved to this spot in 1904. We put the solar panel on the roof in 1984. |

Here we are in Spring of 2005.
Since 2000, dormers have been added to the attic and the solar panel was moved from the roof to the top of the new front porch. Old cracked chimneys were removed. The woodstove was taken out. We now heat with a wood furnace that is out in the polebarn behind the house(both built by Scott). The big tree has been trimmed. Branches don't threaten to destroy our hard work anymore. |

This is the dining/living room, looking east & southeast.
Two layers of plasterboard were removed leaving the old roughsawn boards. The cracks between the boards were filled with foam insulation, then they were covered with OSB and drywall.. |
