| Frodo and Sam, and Slimey are my three African Clawed Frogs. They are now 1 year old. Sam is female and Frodo & Slimey are male.. I ordered Frodo and Sam through Grow A Frog and they have been a joy to me ever since. I adopted Slimey from a froggy friend in NY. As babies they were quite skittish. They learned to trust me more with time and became quite tame. They now eagerly take food right from my fingers. They even come closer to the glass of the aquarium when I stop by to "visit". Frodo and Sam & Slimey live in a 20 gallon long aquarium. The water is filled just about all the way to the top. They seem to like it the best that way. I use river rocks, gems and marbles as substrate...and boy do they just love those marbles. They seriously play with them rolling them with their cute little hands all the time. |
