Fellow, Mediocrites,

The site has been pretty inactive lately, but just wanted to remind

you that this list exists for anyone who wants to use it for some

fun, light-hearted chat about all things Mediocre. (We also were

warned by the Yahoo Police that they will shut us down if we don't

post a message within 30 days - what a tragedy that would be!)

Some random thoughts:

- To think that this Hall of Fame started even before the

Timberwolves lost their first playoff game! Even though he isn't

*officially* eligible, there has to be consideration for a lifetime

achievement award for Kevin McHale as GM! (Just imagine adding Denny

Green as coach and Mike Lynn as owner!)

- Once again this past year we've received hate mail from a friend,

relative, or neighbor of one of our inductees. Nice to know we're

getting noticed! Seriously, its too bad that these people don't "get

it", but just to be sure we're going to revise the site a bit in the

upcoming weeks so it is clear to people this is a tribute to

Mediocrity, not Suckitude.

- Nice that thw Wild could come up to a Mediocre level so quickly.

Now that they'll immediately have to deal with lower draft picks &

higher expectations, we'll enjoy watching them wallow in .500-land

for the next decade!

BTW - we are getting ready to upgrade the site - look for some

changes over the next few weeks (nothing major, but at least cleaned-

up and current!)
