I hereby give permission to Malugin Enterprises
to publish my music on the internet.
I am in no way giving over any rights to my music, only the use
of it to promote myself through Malugin Enterprises.
I have the right to at any time request that my music be removed
from any site where Malugin Enterprises has it posted. I also give Malugin Enterprises the right to use my music
on any promotional CD’s and maintain the right to ask it to be removed
from future CD’s at any time. I
realize that some CD’s may already be made and therefore I give the
right to Malugin Enterprises to continue using my music until supply is
depleted.
