The Tim Morgan Project - Simple But True is the first in a series of studio projects from Tim Malugin. He worked with his friends Greg Mensching (a.k.a. Evan) and James Butler (a.k.a.. Canada) on this project from mid 1996 until it's completion early in December of 1997. Most of the  songs are a collection that Tim wrote between 1990-1993. 4 songs, "The Girl Without Dimension", "The Laugher", & "Neutral" and "Simple But True" were written by the group as a whole (with the exception of "The Laugher" which was written by Jupiter Boy.

Please, tell me more!

The Debut Album from The Tim Morgan Project: "Simple But True", pulls from all the players past and present experiences. There is a mixture quite unlike anything you have heard before. There are the hard driving cuts "Neutral" & "Girl Without Dimension", the laid back sounds of "Time On My Hands", and the Alternative edged "The Laugher". "Running Away" has a jazzy swing and "Down the Road", Sheila Brown" & Tommy Stack" are the rock cuts. "Been Set Free" combines a primal sound with Bluegrass like vocals for a rare sound that has to be experienced, and the title track stands on its own with a funky, blues, rock fusion.

The Tim Morgan Project's "Simple But True" is a must have for any music connoisseur, who loves their music diverse and lasting.
