12 YEAR MALT ACOUSTIC FOLK/BLUES
HISTORY
MORE TO COME AS AND WHEN I GET TIME BUT........
    Briefly the band had been playing with one another off and on for 12 years in sitting rooms and dining rooms very amateurishly. Until the dreaded day came along when our wives had, had enough and challenged us to get out of the house, and not talk a good fight but to �do it� as they say.

    The claim in our defence was that if and when we did play live that we would be so tight as a band could be that we would come out of the blender like a fine 12 year malt and so the name stuck ! So here we are 4 years on with many full dates behind us, as well as the countless singers/ buskers & acoustic nights.

    We decided due to public demand, to record a CD which we completed in November 98. The result was MALT EXTRACTS. Available through either our merchandising page or at a gig. Its now just over 3 year old, and is a good reflection of where we were at the time. It has a few crowd favourites like Misty Haze and Casino Gods.

    We are now looking to record another more extensive CD at the end of 2001. If you have already heard the Malt extracts CD we would love comments on the way our music sounds, the lyric content/style etc. Basically anything constructive from your goodselves would be of great benefit.

    We are a band playing for our own enjoyment and are currently active in finding venues. So if you want to book us for a night in Paris at a birthday bash then we would be pleased to do it! . The band are being asked back to venues on an regular basis so check our latest news page for details.
