This is the official web site of the Federal Association (USA) of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. This web site will also provide accurate information about the Order of Malta, which is a lay religious order of the Catholic Church. It was founded in Jerusalem in 1099, and it was approved formally as an order by the Pope in 1113. It also gives many information about the history and tradition of the Order of Malta, and it will describe the Order's unique spiritual charism. The Order's current activities as an international relief organization with permanent observer status in the United Nations are also described.

. Here is a brief information about our Association.
ASM (Assocjazzjoni Sport Muturi) was founded at Mtarfa on the 14 April, 1985. Mr. Noel Farrugia (now a Member of Parliament) was the Founder / President of ASM. In the those early days, ASM started organising Trials competitions, soon Motocross was introduced and the Association was awarded with a piece of land at Ta' Qali. The Government of that time built the boundary walls and the track, specifically for our Association (ASM) to organise motor sport for everyone interested in the sport. Later on, the track was modified to accept Autocross, Banger racing and Motocross racing at the Ta' Qali Race track.
