Our Maltese story
We first became owned by our first maltese, "Baby"..My little girl wanted a dog but my husband was allergic to just about every dog he has ever been around. I did all my research and fell in love with the maltese breed. I found our boy through a wonderful breeder in a town just an hour away. Baby has a wonderful dispostition. He just loves to be near his family, his favorite place to be is either in you lap or at your feet.. He also has a wonderful champion blood line. Our little girl named him "Baby" because everyone asked " oh is that your baby?"
We got Amidala a few months later. We decided we wanted another puppy after we bought my mom a maltese girl for christmas. Guess we are just a maltese family! We searched and finally found a breeder with a girl and the AKC backgound that was a good match for our boy. This breeder was only 3 hours away. Amidala is a little spunkier than baby, she keeps him hopping! My husbnad named our girl maltese after a princess in a Star Wars Movie.
These pups are one of the family. They get Christmas presents and birthday presents just like the rest of us. They live in our home and sleep in our beds. We are truly owned by them. |
