Spinach Curry 2 packets of frozen spinach( can substitue with fresh spinach) 4 tablespoon of Sunflower oil 1/2 tsp of cumin 1/2 chopped onion 1 tomato 1/4 tsp of clove, cinnamon, and cardamom powder In a utensil put 4 tablespoons of oil when it is hot add the cumin. When the cumin sizzles add onion. When the onion starts to turn brown add the tomato and spinach. Cover and cook for fifteen minutes. Add the clove, cinnamon, and cardamom powder. Cook for another five minutes and turn the heat off. Add about 4 tablespoon full of heavy cream. (Annapurna)
