Rasmallai

2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 small cartoon of Half and Half
1 small cartoon of whipping cream

Mix ricotta and sugar.  Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Heat Half and Half and whipping cream with a little sugar until pink.  Pour on the ricotta.  When cool garnish with pista.
