Then add cardamom and 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg, and 2 1/2 cups of carnation milk powder. Cook until the mixture is thick. Remove, form the burner, and allow it to cool until you can make balls. Roll them into small pedas when in dish. On a plate put some granulated sugar. Roll the pedas again in the granulated sugar until it is coated. Makes about 100 pedas.
