1/2 cup blueberries or grated apples Mysore Pak 1 cup besan lightly roasted, remove any lumps 2 cups sugar 4 sticks butter make ghee and keep it warm Boil 1/4 cup water and add sugar. When all sugar is melted add a little besan at a time till all the besan is mixed. Add ghee a little at a time continue to heat till the besan pulls off the sides pan and ghee starts to ooze out.
