Muffins With Yogurt 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup each: plain non-fat or low-fat yogurt and non-fat milk 3/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup blueberries or grated apples (optional) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Gently stir in yogurt and milk, blending just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in fruit. Fill lightly greased or paper line muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 18 minutes or until well-browned. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
