Coriander Pachidi Powder 2 cups coriander leaves 6 red chili 1 tbsp urad dal 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 pinch of asafetida a small bit of tamarind Oil as needed Salt to taste Clean and chop the leaves. Heat 1-tbsp. oil and fry red chili, urad dal, and, asafetida. When brown remove from heat. Fry mustard seed and keep aside. Now powder coriander leaves, chilli, urad dal, asafetida, tamarind and salt. To the paste add the fried mustard seeds. This keeps for weeks. (Jyothi)
