The William Walker family is being given because of the tie to the Allen Family. Some researchers believe that Elizabeth and Sarah Walker both married Robert Allen Sr. The will of Elizabeth Watson their mother, reveals that Sarah was married to an (unknown) Allen prior to 1726 when she made her will. Both Sarah and Elizabeth were married to Allen's. This is not the Sarah that was the second wife of Robert Allen.
William Walker, lived in St Peter's Parish, New Kent, Co., VA. He was married before 1685 to Elizabeth Warren. He died August, 1723 in Henrico, VA., five years before the death of his wife, Elizabeth
Elizabeth Warren, wife of William Walker, was born 1644 in St. Peter's Parish, and died June 3, 1728 in Henrico Co., VA. She was the daughter of Francis Warren who was born 1620 in England and his wife Elizabeth.
Did William Walker leave a will? If he did I would appreciate any researcher to share a copy and it will be posted on this page.
Elizabeth Walker left her will in Henrico Co. VA. All of the children were named except Sylvanus who had already received his part, and perhaps William Walker who married Elizabeth Clopton 19 January, 1713 in New Kent Co. Sylvanus was named in his grandfather Francis Warren's will and receiving 200 acres of land. He married Ann Tandy about 1710 in New Kent Co.
Now, to William Walker, I have not seen anything that tells me he is the son of William Sr and wife Elizabeth Warren. William is listed in the St Peter's Register as marrying Elizabeth Clopton in 1712.
It has been proven that this Elizabeth Walker was the wife of William Walker. August Court 1723 Henrico Co.; William Woodson and John Walker, securities for Elizabeth Walker, executrix of William Walker deceased.
