Date: Feb. 21, 1836
In the name of God Amen I Henry Gibson of Todd County and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound memory and understanding and knowing the certainty of death and being desirous to settle all my affairs pertaining to this world in peace with God and man sign seal and publish this my last Will And Testament. First i allot for and give to my grand son James Andrew Gibson one Waggon and Yoke of oxen, one Cow and Calf and two head of horses ten head of hogs and one bed and furniture. Secondly I Will and Bequeath to my grandson William Washing Tucker three beds and furniture one cow and calf two pots and two wheels and fifteen dollars in the price of one horse beast. Third, I give to my granddaughter Mary Gowin? one cow and calf. Four I Will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth McIntire one dollar and all the rest to be equally divided between to the ballance of my children except the one that takes leave of Ewing Gibson to whom i wish twenty dollars given exta to any of the rest where i do set my hand and affixed my seal this twenti first day of Feburary 1836.

Reeves Clerk of said county court do certify that the foregoing last Will & Testament of Henry Gibson was at a county court begun and held for Todd County at the Court House in Elkton on Monday the 13 day of December 1841 produced in open court and proven in open court by the oath of W.R. Moore a subscribing witness there to to be the act & deed of said Henry Gibson dec'd, it being proven to the satisfaction of the court that David Moore the other subscribing witnesswas sick & absent, and the same was ordered to be recorded whereupon i have truly recorded said Will together with this certificate in my office. 5. Young Gibson born 1805 in KY died before 1880 in Todd Co. He married his cousin, Sarah Gibson Christmas Eve 1832 in Todd County, Kentucky.
6. Malinda Gibson born 20 March, 1812 in KY and died 18 March, 1891 in Graves County, Kentucky. She married Littleberry Holifield.
7. Ewing A. Gibson, born 1813 in KY and died after 1880 in Christian County, Kentucky.
8. Martha "Patsy" Ray Gibson born 1818 in Kentucky and died 25 December, 1878 in Graves County, Kentucky. She married Joseph Goin on August 04, 1830 in Todd County, Kentucky and married 2nd to John D. Clusterman.
9. Albert Lucian "Lush" Gibson ( no dates) m. Susan Mary Mason.
10. Thomas Henry Gibson born 27 February, 1822 in Todd Co., and died 8 December, 1904 in Graves Co., KY. He married Frances Adaline Tharp.
