| Access all areas ... to meet GinGer GinGer, one of Australia's upcoming rock bands from Brisbane, were in town for the PlanetMG Show. We held a webchat earlier before heading for the gig that nite. Fans trialed them from our office to Ngee Ann City and GinGer were highly amused at their new found fame. |

| Backstage Some fans were tailing close on my heels but ... they lost me. With my privelege pass, I snooped around backstage with my digicam while the lads did the err..digerooo.... hahhaahahha.... NOT! GinGer were mucking about backstage waiting for their set ... we chatted a bit about the night's event but they were more excited to pose for pictures!! So I whipped up my digicam and how natural they took to the camera. There was one candid shot of .....Jon out of the portalooo...... and a tad bit shy he was too. Bless him! The performance The fans waited all day ... and their patience paid off when GinGer were on @ 7pm. Very INXS meets Midnight Oil, if you ask me. What's lacking was attitude but that's a compliment. The fans loved them and advertisers were impressed apparently. Midnite fell ... we watched them packed ad then the tour bus came and took them back home to ..... down under. Bye bye bye! |
