Troubling Times
It seems of late that many troubles plague the domain of Riverside. From sabbat cells to anarchs, many of those living in the area know full well how risky each night is. Strange events circle the last few kindred gatherings. From so-called mages in contention with local tremere to the Elysium exploding. Makes one uncertain of what safety is anymore.
Also of late the primogen council is mysteriously absent. The chosen voice of each clan is rarely seen and in many cases, lo and behold doesnt seem to reside within this domain. Making speaking with them a difficulty reaching nigh impossible.
Several kindred have indeed withdrawn from Riverside over rumors of some purge by Elders who tire of this open a jyhad. Who knows what these nights may bring; final death, triumph or tragedy. Just watch your step

Masquerade Endanger and Us
The rising need for security has been proven over again many times of late. Several kindred, who frequent Riverside, daily threaten the masquerade and yet are not destroyed or punished. How many times must we risk our collective necks by letting these risks live? The law is those who betray the blood relinquish the rights of the blood. And I think that obviously those who lead hunters to kindred gatherings, start fueds with sorcerers or use weapons such as combat shotguns or explosives are betraying the blood by the danger they bring to the masquerade.
I am all for freedom but I am not going to let others needlessly put me and my friends in danger. Yet the perpetrators of these incidences receive only slaps on the hand. Why is that? Why do those who break the 1st tradition walk the night freely? Are the politics in this city so convoluted that YOU are willing to let these people lead final death to your door? Stand up for yourself, demand justice and dont let idiots risk your neck.

I really need all of your input for the webpage. I can create it but I believe the Chapter membership should decide what they want on their webpage. I can easily put my own idea of stuff in their and have been creating the minimum page but would really like it if the chapter would say what they want to be on their webpage and well if you help my guess is that its worth prestige. I also would like to point out that the newsletter will need more submissions. It is also worth prestige to write articles and as long as they are not really bad I plan to print them. Due to lack of support the newsletter will be made available for that month at the month's first session. Only one newsletter per month will be written until it starts needing two issues per month. Cause seriously folks I dont get enough points for all the effort I have put into past newsletters and I used to put out two a month. But articles are worth 5-15 points per article. The standard is 5 for like quarter page, 10 for half and 15 for a full page article.
