A malkavian is a vampire that has is in some way insane. No matter who or what they were before the embrace they are mad now. Some think that this insight in someway makes the malkavians stronger, others look upon malkavians with a mixture of pity and scorn. Sadly, they dont know what we know or what we see and so will always be trapped in their cookie cutter world.
Many believe that Malkavians have a greater purpose...and they are right. To bad the many cannot quite agree to what we are up to. We manipulate the world around us with our vision. So call us mad if you want too, for you dont see what we see.
To any of you who have just joined our clan I welcome you to the fold, its a long dark ride. Remember this one maxim as you flail about in this distropic world. "When falling into madness-dive." If you live by this, things will be alot easier for you.
OOC portion:
Clan Malkavian is to the last member completely and incurably demented in some fashion. This clan of seers, often dismissed as kooks and madmen by the other clans, is alternatively feared and derided.
The madness intrinsic to a malkavian can show up in many alternate manner from the demented clown to the dark twisted psychotic. No matter what though the blood of malkav carries the curse of madness upon it.
There seems to be no unifying bonds among the malkavians besides the shared madness. While some revel in their madness others deny the lunatic within them, but all are drawn together by their twisted perception of reality.
This world is a stranger place then most can imagine and considering what I see well...hehe. The blood of malkav is a powerful gift indeed and no curse as others would have you believe. They fear your vision is all, of you what you might do or might say. Tis an interesting reaction is it not?
Next I shall speak upon pranks, the one way we can get others to view their world in a new light, a twisted light. Prank others whenever you can an make the pranks stick. The more convoluded the prank the more the hemisphere will tweek. Until they can see the world like us. I wont tell you what pranks to do but the measure of a malk is the prank. Always remember that.
OOC portion:
Malkavians see and understand things that nobody else can comprehend. It could be true that you are mad but maybe they just cant handle the truth you glean from such insight. But remember even with such vision, Malkavians are incurably deranged.
Note: While the current rules have gone more towards dark demented homicidal malks I see no reason for bouncy happy ones with applicable derangements.
