Hey there...Mali here. You found me! Well, to begin with I would like to introduce myself as Lisa.
A few things about me are as follows...I am a very smiley person. But there is always a down side...haha...yes, don't rub me wrong! *wink* I am passionate about writing, such as poetry. My love in music is and always has been Depeche Mode, since 1986!! I am a definate "mode" head. Some of my fave's are...the color yellow & black, hawaiian food; such as Kalua Pig, Lau Lau and Manapua. Her fave drink, but of course Beer! Although is fond of bloody Mary's. The smell and taste of San Francisco is the best! Especially their crabs and clam chowder in a good 'ol sourdough bowl...YUM! I love Molly Ringwald movies...ie: Pretty in Pink. My favorite actor/actress is...Nicholas Cage and Sandra Bullock. I am a California native, born and raised in Sunnyvale, CA. (the bay area)...to you who do not know where that is, San Jose is close. I now reside in Phoenix, Arizona...have since 1992.
She LOVES praying mantis', banana slugs and walrus'. I find Calvin and Hobbes comics the best! I am a total 80's girl: Care Bears (Grumpy bear), Strawberry Shortcake and Speed Racer rock! Baseball is my fave sport...Go A's!! Mali's style? Well, very versatile...ranges from all black, preppy to surfer/skater style. <---(that being her favorite!) I love being on the computer, where I spend a lot of time at Poets' Point, where I moderate.. I find nothing more wonderful than an overcast day and brillantly colored flowers...such as the California Poppies, yellow and pink roses, Daisies, Sunflowers and the Hawaiian plumaria flower.
I have been married for 11 years to my high school sweetheart, Michael. And as a result, have two beautiful children...Tyler=10 and Summer=5...(both in Dec.)
Mali's Age? Oh dear...you are not suppose to ask a lady that! HA...guess you know Mali, she does not mind...as of February 15th (yes my mom missed the 14th...haha) I am 30! Good gads...gettin old! *wink*
Some of my fave hobbies include: Music (modern rock), dancing, swimming, writing, playing catch, conversing with friends, playing with my puppy, Abbee and most of all spending time with my family and children.
I am an only child...YEP, no brothers or sisters to fight with! HaHa :-p
I would like to take this opportunity to mention my best friend Tara. She still resides in our home state of California. Hey girl!!
