The New Life of Food
Do to the recent  list of doctor visits and other methods used to find the cause of my abdominal pain.  I have recently discovered through an Upper Endoscopy some factors of my body that are forcing me to change my eating  habits.
With these new facts I have discussed my issues with my Grandmother (who is well knowledgeable with herbs and stomach issues).  I have come to the conclusion that I have
inherited the slow stomach and colon from her and have obtained a well rounded introduction to what I am to begin doing in order to get my internal body back into shape.

With this news I have come to the realization that my relationship with food is going to be very intimate.  Not in the smooch, smooch sense but in the sense that life for a while (until I become adjusted to the changes) will be very complicated when food is addressed.

The following are things that I must remove from my diet. Not because I am choosing this way of life for the safty of other things (is that sad?!) but because I must in order to become healthy again.

No Milk
No Cheese
No Ice-Cream
No Suger
No Pork

But; Absolutely Positivly

NO DAIR

(I should have known this from the start, I have always been Lactose Intolerant.)
