I bought this car for its drive train.  It has a late 60's Oldsmobile 350 with #7 heads, an Edlebrock Performer carburator and a BOP TH350 transmission. I was going to transplant the drive train into my son's 79 Malibu and then sell the Monte for parts but plans have changed. When my son rear ended another car with my 86 Monte Carlo SS he did quite a bit of damage to the front end. I took the LS fender, bumper shocks, plastic inner wheel well, and bumper off this Monte and used them to fix my SS.
