-72 Chevelle Convertible

My name is Andrew Rankin and I have a 72 Chevelle Convertible. My dad run's a body shop and he has recently just sold a 72 SS454 Clone. He had the clone for 13 year's and restored it 1988. He used to drag it and ran a 13.10 with slick's. He then painted it again in 1999 and sold it.

My car I bought when I was 17. It was in primer and had some rough body work done to it. The top was there and there wasn't anything inside except the back seat. I Spent a whole summer on the body and painted it red with white SS strip's. Yeah, it's not original, but I don't say the car's an SS. Beside's my dad's SS454 clone was red with white strip's.

When I bought the convertible my dad also bought a 70 SS396, a real SS. He also has a 70 SS396 and 72 SS350 El Camino's a 71 Sprint and a skeleton of a 69 2 door hardtop.
