Hi.. I want to put my car on your page. It's a 1964 Chevelle Malibu 4 door sedan. My grandmother has owned it since 72 or 73 and it's gone through teaching my mom and my uncle how to drive. It's supposed to be a 230 inline 6 but has either a 250 or a 292 in it instead. My uncle told me he put in the engine and it's a 250, but electronic ignition parts from a 75-77 Chevy 292 truck are the only ones that fit on it. Anyways, I have owned v-8's that aren't as good as this six. It has a three speed column shifter which is pretty cool and for being 39 years old, overall it's in ok shape. It has a little cancer in the corners but next summer it gets all better. My email is and I would love it if people could tell me anything about it. It was a gift this summer and since I grew up bouncing around it on road trips, I'm going to fix it up. Since the photographs, I have replaced the plugs, wires and cap and rotor and it was an amazing improvement. thanks.. Ryan Mandau |
