Chevelle Malibu 1965

Mats is President of the Swedish Chevelle Registry.

His car is a 4-door sedan, which is very unusual to be restored and saved. But in this case it has been in the family since it was new.

Drive shaft 283/195 hp, Powerglide and 10 bolt diff. is original since 1965, matching numbers w.o.w. Most common Sedan-models sold in Sweden was equipped with sixes.

Mats says that when they bought the car, they chose between two identical Chevelles in the colour "Glacier Gray", where the only difference was V8 in one and a straight six in the other.

Options when bought was, AM radio, rear- window fan, power brakes, windshield-flushing and differential rear axle. With the year's Mats have equipped it with bumper guards, door edge guards, wheel covers, vent shades, power- stearing, double exhaust system and so on....
