We are a rural district of Mali, in the circle of Kolokani about 80 km in the north of Bamako. Our commune is called Ouolodo. We will want to carry out a dam, a construction intended to contain water, a dam of water reserve in the vicinity of a lock (on a river). That will make it possible to the peasants to easily reach, by foot or with their carts, in dry or raining season, their fields located on the other side of the river.
