Resident Evil / Living Dead Crossover Roleplay

Storyline Once upon a time in place nicknamed Racoon City, there was a mansion in the forested area at the edge of town. Innocent it might have seemed, but the mansion is secretly an entrance to a massive hidden/underground biological lab. The Hive was created by the Umbrella Corporation beneath Racoon City with a railcar running to the mansion. It was involved in genetic engineering and bio-weapons research. One day there was a containment breech and the Artificial Intelligence running the Hive instituted containment procedures. STARS, a special team of operatives, was sent investigate. Only a handful of the team made it out alive. Other teams were sent in, with varying success. Eventually, a full outbreak occurred and the Racoon City was contaminated with various mutagenic and also undead creating viruses. The City was Quarantined and a military blockade set up at the perimeter.
