Scintillation

Scintillate my senses
Softly speak my name
Gently hold me closely
Then ignite the flame

Wrap your love around me
With your whispered breath
Lay your head down gently
Here upon my breast

Sing to me a love song
Caress my very soul
Heal this heavy-laden heart
Send away the cold

Candle-hued reflection
Of an ancient dream
Seems it's been a lifetime
Since a love so gleamed

Scintillate my senses
Carry me away
Shield me in your loving arms
It's here I long to stay.
