Denver-based saxophonist, composer, conductor, and clinician Lynn Baker will appear (date), (time), with (institution/artist).  (Event specifics supplied by the venue/presenter).

Performances will include Baker's award-winning compositions and feature him on Soprano and Tenor Saxophones.  In addition to his prolific composing and performing credits, which span over thirty years and include work with artists as diverse as John Zorn and Louis Bellson, Baker is also the Artistic Director of one of the nation's few repertoire jazz orchestras, the Creative Music Works Orchestra.
While maintaining an active performing and composing career, Baker has taught at some of the finest colleges and universities in the US including Carleton College and Indiana University, and is currently the Director of the Jazz Studies and Commercial Music program at the prestigious Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver.  He is an active clinician and enjoys, "bringing new ways of hearing and understanding music to students."
