The following are the requirements that the bitch must meet in order to be bred to__________________.

The bitch must be at least two years of age.

Recent Brucellosis Test if bred before in past

OFA Certification

A current listing of vaccinations she has been given

Free from any genetic problems.

Free of any communicable disease

The bitch must be of sound, stable temperament.

Any medical information available in case an emergency arises.

Copy of her American Kennel Club registration slip.

The stud fee is $750.00/$1000.00 or first pick back. The breeder – for stud service (Mary Carraway) will make her pick at the puppy’s age of 8 weeks old, not before. It is further agreed that the litter will not be sold until they are 12 weeks old and all must be sold with a limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon. Money is to be paid when owner delivers the bitch. Three breedings will be attempted. The stud fee is in no way refundable. We guarantee that an actual tie mating will occur. If the bitch fails to conceive, a return service at no charge will be given to this bitch provided the owner of the bitch notifies us within fourteen days after the projected whelping date that no puppies were whelped. If again the bitch does not conceive there will be a final attempt for a total of up to three separate matings. It must be assumed that after the third attempt fails, the female is unable to become impregnated. In addition, if the bitch does not whelp two live puppies, then a free stud service to the original bitch will be done.

The owner of the bitch warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and that she be protected from exposure to any other stud dog upon her return home.

This contract shall be deemed a legally binding contract and is under the jurisdiction of the State of Virginia in the County of: Amelia. It is further agreed that the place of venue shall be Amelia County, Virginia.
