Episode 102
Anibal
tells Santiago he will take care of Lisa while he is in prison. Lisa goes
looking for Santiago. Anibal tells her he has been taken to the city, is
responsible for the death of a man, came to the jungle to escape justice.
Lisa tells Anibal that his father provoked an explosion. Anibal tells her
that's not the truth. Lisa tells the policeman that Anibal tried to kill
Santiago with a machete. Dr. Fonseca takes Lisa away. Anibal tells the cop
there is nothing to say about the machete.
Ernesto
shows Alvaro the paper, is furious that there is no news about Santiago,
only about some girl in the clinic with a virus. Serpa visits them. Alvaro
and Ernesto tell him he has handled the situation poorly; this news about
the virus, the patient, etc. will affect their business. Serpa tells them to
wait until the patient dies, in a week or so all will be forgotten.
Carlos
sees the news article about Beatriz, goes back to the house. Barbara looks
through her father's papers. Augusto talks with Gustavo outside the clinic,
sees Francisco climbing the wall to get to Beba's room. He looks at her
through the window then comes down.
Margarita
talks with a man in her house about her rights to the house as the wife of
Augusto. She learns that the mortgage is in Augusto's name, he would have to
review the property documents to tell her more. Silvia arrives and Margarita
introduces him, Luquen Andrade, as an old school friend. After Silvia
leaves, she tells him that they share their house, her baby doesn't have a
room, she doesn't want them to know she is checking on her rights, tells him
not to call her there.
When
Santiago arrives in the city, Alvaro presents himself as his lawyer.
Santiago refuses his assistance; his female lawyer appears. Santiago is
released under bail, to Alvaro's surprise.
Carlos talks with Augusto. Augusto tells Carlos not to pre-judge matters, has to talk with Silvia. Carlos tells him it is too late.
