silvia didn't know who dr. contreras really was. she was angry and confused with her own feelings, and left the lab. dr. contreras whispered,"you feel that way because a part of you recognize me.." outside the lab, she bumped into ruby. ruby saw her crying and asked her why. silvia said,"i myself do not understand my feelings right now." silvia asked ruby to inform her if there was any news from lisa,"and tell dr. contreras.." ruby asked,"tell him what?" after some thought, silvia said,"you know what, it's okay.. don't tell him anything.."

ruby and a number of nurses and a doctor were discussing about the newspaper article on the spreading virus. delia passed by and asked them if they could lend her the newspaper to show to dr. contreras. she went to the lab and saw her husband crying. dr. contreras told her about silvia's visit and that silvia didn't recognized him. delia asked dr. contreras to calm down and showed him the article. the article said that yellow fever vaccine had been given to the people at the infected area, but the virus was still spreading. dr. contreras said,"of course it is! the vaccine does not work because it is not yellow fever! it's a malicious virus!"

on the way home, silvia saw carlos and mariangel taking mariangel's son and the twins for a stroll. she reached home, feeling even worse. augusto asked her what was wrong, she said she didn't understand what was happening to her. carlos arrived home with the twins, looking very messy with spots of ice-cream on they dresses. carlos wanted to bathe the twins, silvia offered to prepare the tub, but carlos said he already prepared it before they went out. silvia said the water must be cold by then, but carlos insisted that the twins enjoyed bathing in cold water much more than warm water. silvia asked carlos whom did he go to the park with. carlos said he went there with the twins. silvia was sad as she knew there were other people than the twins. as carlos left for the bathroom, silvia whispered,"you are hiding something when you say you went to the park with the twins, while i am hiding my feelings when i say there's nothing wrong.. we are both hiding something."

lisa and anibal arrived at the airport where they had to take another plane to proceed to the amazon. lisa tried hard to stay away from anibal, but anibal seemed to follow her every move. lisa asked anibal not to tell santiago where she was, anibal assured he was not a fool to do so. he thanked lisa for what she did to santiago. lisa was confused. anibal said he knew what santiago did to women. he knew that santiago was seeing another woman even when he was engaged to barbara. lisa asked how he knew all that. anibal smiled,"i'm barbara's brother, anibal solis."

augusto and vincente were at the kitchen, discussing about lisa's runaway. augusto told vincente that people at the club saw lisa leaving the club with somebody. vincente recalled the moment he inquired lisa about the necklace she was wearing on that day. lisa had told him the necklace was a gift from somebody. vincente then glanced to the entrance an saw an image of jacinto estrada standing by the door, looking at them. augusto saw that vincente was distracted, and asked him what was wrong. vincente said,"oh.. nothing.. didn't you tell me that lisa left the club with somebody? why don't you ask her friends at the hospital? maybe they know who that somebody is." augusto said he would call ruby and ask her if she knew who the person was. meanwhile margo entered the kitchen, asking for augusto's pemission to go out. augusto asked her to stay at home as she wasn't feeling well, but margo insisted that she needed to have a walk,"i can't just sit down and do nothing just because i'm pregnant." augusto finally agreed.
