1.beba
asked augusto why didn't he tell her that their dad died that way. augusto
answered,"you already knew that our dad died in an accident." beba
said,"but i didn't know that he was drunk and burnt to death."
augusto said,"i didn't think i need to tell you every bit of the
details, i don't want you to suffer. furthermore i thought i will tell you
everything when you grow up." beba said,"i'm no more a small
child." then mimi told augusto about the field trip. augusto said that
he had no problem to give his permission but the date of the trip fell on
beba's birthday, so it was better for beba to stay at home with her family,
but beba said,"i want to go to the trip." augusto
said,"alright, if that's what you want." augusto signed the form.
then beba told mimi she wanted to leave. when they got outside beba told
mimi that she was already late for work. she wanted to go home.
2.fran waited for beba at her workplace. he sat by the roadside near the
shop where beba worked. fran said,"you are supposed to arrive a long
time ago....i'm sure you are not coming." he left...
night came...
3.the estrada siblings were at home. augusto and margo wanted to go out for
dinner. lisa n silvia were sitting at the hall. when lisa saw margo, she
didn't want to look at her face. silvia noticed. when the couple went out,
silvia asked lisa,"what happen to you?" lisa answered,"you
are the only one in this house who knows the real margo." silvia was
suprised. but before she could say anything, beba came to tell silvia that
carlos was looking for her. before leaving silvia told lisa,"you and i
are going to talk after this."
4.beba n lisa were left at the hall. beba asked lisa whether she knew the
cause of their father's death. lisa said that their father met with an
accident and there was explosion. beba said that she didn't know the true
story about the accident. lisa refused to explain as she was sad. she told
beba that she wanted to retire to her room.
5.fran went to beba's house that night. at first he wanted to knock the door
but he was afraid that beba's sisters wouldn't be happy to know that he
came. then he peeked through the windows. he saw beba chatting with lisa.
when lisa leave for her room, beba was left alone at the hall. while beba
was playing with her thoughts, she saw beethoven the cat who had entered the
house through the window. she picked up the cat. "do you come here by
yourself?"asked beba to the cat. beba looked through the window. beba
went outside to make sure nobody came with beethoven. she looked around the
front yard, but nobody was there. beba started walking into the house but
suddenly fran showed up from behind of the trees. Fran called beba, beba
turned around and smiled,"francisco!!" beba asked fran,"are
you here to get beethoven?" at first fran wanted to tease beba. he said
that he came to tie beethoven, he already bought the cord. but he saw beba's
frown...fran went near beba, he held her face, he said,"your eyes are
pretty...like the stars in the sky." beba asked again why did fran came
to her house. fran said that he wanted to talk. beba said,"you wanted
to talk about the captain, your books and beethoven...." fran
said,"cool down.....cool down....i wanted to talk about the hidden
feelings towards each other." fran told beba that he returned because
he realized about beba's feelings towards him. fran said,"i love you
too..." beba asked,"why didn't you tell me earlier?"..fran
repeated that he loved beba for 2 or 3 times. beba told fran that she loved
him too. then they hugged.
6.ernesto and anibal were talking. ernesto said that he would speed up the
process of closing the hospital. he told anibal,"you have to frame
someone in the hospital so that people will think that the cause comes from
the hospital itself." anibal asked,"you mean the nurse who works
at the hospital?" ernesto said yes..suddenly the phone rang. there was
a call from a woman wanting to talk to ernesto. ernesto received the call
with a serious face and occasionally glanced at anibal. anibal understood
that it was ernesto's mistress. when ernesto hanged up, anibal
said,"haa...i just talked to mum, she said that she will be home
soon." ernesto didn't say anything...anibal smiled.
7.augusto brought margo to a restaurant. it was the same restaurant where
ernesto and his mistress were dating. when ernesto saw margo, he went to her
table and greeted margo. margo put a long face...augusto asked,"who is
this?"..margo answered,"this is ernesto solis, from the company
that ordered the building materials from us." ernesto n augusto shook
hands. before ernesto left, he mentioned something about margo's
pregnancy..augusto was puzzled. he asked margo,"how did ernesto know
that you are pregnant even though you have stop working at his office for a
long time?" margo said that maybe elsa had told him. elsa was her
friend. augusto said nothing...while they were eating, champagne was served,
augusto said,"i didn't order the champagne." the waiter
said,"compliments from mr ernesto solis." augusto was even more
puzzled. he asked margo why would ernesto do that, it looked like ernesto
and margo were closely acquainted. margo asked augusto not to ask much, it
was a gift, the should receive it...then they had a toast to ernesto.
ernesto raised his glass and gave a wide smile to margo.
