Episode 52
1.
magarita was worried about what santiago was going to tell augusto. she said
that she wanted to see how far could santiago defend himself. was he as good
as her.
2. santiago went to the hospital hoping to see lisa. while he was looking
aroung he saw dr gustavo. dr gustavo congratulated santiago for his success
in courting lisa. lisa was a great girl. she was dedicated to her career and
studies, that was why many hospital staffs thought that she was special. the
dr advised santiago to make lisa happy and never hurt her. santiago didn't
say anything. he looked so distracted that the dr asked,"is anything
wrong between you and lisa?" santiago said,"there's nothing."
then santiago asked whether anybody else knew that he was looking for lisa.
the dr said that he had asked buddy to call lisa.
3. ruby tried to calm lisa down. she understood lisa's situation. she also
felt that she wanted to slap santiago right in the face. while they were
talking, buddy came in. buddy said that santiago wanted to see lisa. lisa
asked buddy to tell santiago that he already looked for lisa but couldn't
find her. so buddy told santiago exactly that.

santiago wasn't satisfied. he still wanted to find lisa. he saw ruby. ruby
said that lisa was nowhere in the hospital but santiago was bullheaded. so
ruby became angry. she said,"i've already told you that lisa is not in
the hospital. i've said no, it means no.. up to you to believe it or
not."
night turned to day.....
5. santiago sat on the sofa in his apartment, thinking. he said that he
couldn't lose lisa. he picked up his jacket and entered his room.
6. lisa was at the nursery. dia accompanied her friend "anabel"
who was doing her shift. anabel sensed the change in lisa. she wondered why
would lisa want to accompany her there. but she didn't argue much because
lisa had told her earlier not to raise questions. lisa held a baby, said
that the baby was so adorable, soft and starting a new life. lisa asked
anabel "is it bad for us to start a new life?" anabel
said,"it is a good thing." then anabel asked lisa,"how many
kids do you want with santiago?" lisa didn't answer. then another nurse
came in to replace anabel who ended her shift. lisa prepared for class at
university. anabel asked,"are you going straight to the
university?" lisa said,"yes." so anabel said,"i think
you should put that thought aside because your bifriend is here." lisa
turned around. she saw santiago through the glass wall. lisa couldn't say a
word...
7. lisa didn't want to see santiago so lisa so she left the room through the
back door. santiago didn't notice. when lisa didn't show up and see him,
santiago entered the nursery. "where's lisa?"he asked anabel.
anabel said that lisa had left. santiago ran after lisa. lisa hurried down
the stairs. santiago saw lisa and asked her to stop. he ran down the stairs.
santiago shouted lisa's name. lisa said that he didn't want to see santiago
anymore. she ran and ran and ran....santiago ran after her and kept running,
and a nurse scolded him for shouting lisa's name. but santiago didn't care.
lisa entered the nurses' room. she hid inside there. santiago wanted to go
in but it was locked. suddenly dr jaime n delia (his wife) came. "what
are you doing here?" santiago said that he wanted to see lisa. delia
said that lisa wasn't at the hospital. it wasn't her shift. but santiago
argued that he saw lisa. delia was angry... then dr jaime said, if lisa was
there then she must be at the lab. "come and follow me,"dr jaime
offered santiago. the two of them headed to the lab leaving the frowning
delia..
8. dr jaime brought santiago to a room. dr jaime asked,"what happened
between you and lisa?" santiago asked,"what do have to do with
lisa? you are not her relative." dr jaime answered,"yes, i have
something to do with her.. she works with me and i care for her." dr
jaime advised santiago to take care of lisa. lisa was a good girl. santiago
said that he loved lisa. dr jaime said that love wasn't enough. santiago had
to fight for his love. dr jaime really wanted santiago to tell him what
happened, but santiago refused... and left.
9. delia entered the nurses' room. she thought lisa wasn't in the room but
lisa actually was. delia was shocked... lisa gave delia a sharp look and
left.
10. santiago bumped into buddy. he asked buddy whether buddy saw lisa or
not. santiago asked buddy to tell the truth. buddy said that he saw lisa
leaving the hospital in hurry. santiago asked why did buddy told him that
lisa wasn't there last night. buddy said that maybe lisa didn't want to see
santiago.
11. magarita entered beba's room. beba was still sleeping. margo asked where
was lisa. beba said that she didn't know. margo told beba that lisa didn't
come home since yesterday. she wanted to tell augusto about lisa. so she
did. augusto was worried but silvia tried to reason things out..."maybe
she went straight to the university from the hospital."
12. silvia's boss recalled his lunch date with silvia. he recalled silvia's
words that the lunch was mistake. the boss said to himself,"you will
know that it wasn't a mistake."
