Episode 50
1.
santiago told his friend about himself,lisa n margo. santiago asked his
friend what should he do. his friend said that he must tell lisa the truth.
if not, margo would do so and things would get far more complicated.
2. silvia was still lunching with her boss. the boss said that silvia might
address him with his given name, no need for formality, so silvia felt
uneasy. she told the boss that what they were doing wasn't right even with
the business reasons. but the boss said that,"i asked you out not
because of business but because i really wanted to." silvia
replied,"if that's the case, it's even worse." then the boss told
silvia that she liked silvia's spirit. strict, aggressive, seductive, strong
and naive. then the boss asked silvia about carlos's job, silvia said that
carlos was an artist. boss continued asking,"a famous artist?"
silvia replied,"no, he's not very famous."....bla...bla...bla...then
the boss wanted to send silvia home. silvia refused. she said that one of
her twins was sick and she already called a cab. the boss didn't say a
word...
3. carlos was at the playground with his kids. he babbled about silvia who
didn't come home for lunch. then he bumped into his old friend. the old
friend was already a famous artist. the old friend asked carlos whether he
had quit from becoming an artist. carlos said,"i haven't quit, i'm just
taking a break."
4. margo scolded the witch because everything the witch instructed her to do
wasn't showing any result. the witch told margo not to blame her. it was
better for margo to forget santiago. just face the reality. margo said she
couldn't,"i won't let santiago marry lisa." margo returned the
pebbles the witch once gave her. the witch asked her to keep it, margo said
there was no need to do so, if augusto knew about it she'd be finished....bla..bla..they
quarreled. before leaving, the witch told margo that margo was sick. margo
said to herself,"i know who are going to be sick when they see what i
can do."
5. ruby had a chat with lisa. she asked why was lisa looking sad. did it
have anything to do with santiago? lisa said yes... and santiago had
frightened her. ruby assured lisa that nobody could come between her n
santiago.
6. lisa went to santiago's apartment. yeeaahh.. now the nervousness and
sadness begin. lisa asked santiago about margo. santiago couldn't give a
coherent speech. but with a heavy heart he said,"there's something
between me and margo." lisa asked,"what is it?" santiago
said,"margo and i were lovers." lisa asked,"what do you mean
lovers? when? it must be few years back, isn't it?" lisa tried to calm
herself. "no, it was few months back." lisa said,"but margo
has been married to my brother for 3 years." santiago said,"lisa,
i didn't know margo was married. my relationship with her meant nothing, we
only became lovers once." lisa asked,"what do you mean by only
becoming lovers once?" lisa began to cry, santiago had tears in his
eyes. santiago said, "you know.." lisa said,"i don't know, i
dont know.." santiago said,"i'm so sorry" lisa
asked,"when did you know margo?" santiago replied,"before i
knew you." lisa said,"but you were engaged with barbara."
santiago replied,"yes i know, i've had many girlfriends before, but
margo seduced me, trapped me, and i was never a pious person.. may women
came after me, but since i met, i've never seen other women.."....bla...bla...bla...lisa
couldn't accept it, even more with the fact that margo was his brother's
wife. lisa wanted to leave but santiago didn't let her. they talked... and
lisa finally left. santiago ran after her to downstairs. santiago grabbed
lisa but she asked him to let her go. she quickly called a cab, jumped in
and left. santiago couldn't say anything...
7. in the cab, the driver asked lisa where she wanted to go. lisa
said,"i don't know, just drive.." lisa looked at the ring on her
finger. she took it off.... santiago couldn't believe that he had lost lisa....so....the
a puro dolor song began to play......
8. santiago returned to his place and said,"the woman that i love had
left me.....no..no...i was guilty...i made her left after what i had
done..."
9. dr. jaime asked delia whether lisa was still at the hospital. delia said
no. dr jaime said that delia shouldn't say those bad things about lisa.
delia replied,"i see that she is special to you." dr jaime
said,"yes, think she's special." delia's expression changed. she
was so angry. she wanted to leave but dr jaime grabbed her hand...they
talked..then dr jaime said that he was too old for lisa.
10. francisco chatted with his cat. talked about the hidden treasure...he
said that beethoven would get to eat fish everyday. then fran thought about
beba and the moment beba met him on the hospital roof. "we are going to
miss her," said fran to his cat.
11. beba's friend came to her workplace. she asked about francisco. beba
said that he quitted. he wanted to follow another woman named captain. beba
looked sad. her friend asked...are you jealous? beba said,"jealous? no
way."
12. beba wanted to see fran, but she reached his doorsteps, she recalled the
what her colleague (the blonde girl) said. she changed her mind and went
home.
13. silvia went home but nobody was in. silvia wanted to cry. that was the
first time she didn't come home for lunch and she felt so guilty.
14. augusto went to see isabel at her gallery. isabel was in a room making
something out of clay (like in the movie ghost starring demi moore)...
augusto wanted to do the job that isabel asked him to but isabel said it was
already late. he could start tomorrow. augusto asked her what she was doing.
isabel said that she was making something that hadn't finished. augusto gave
her a handkerchief. isabel asked,"why?" augusto pointed at
isabel's cheek, there was a clay stain. isabel took the handkerchief and
wiped her face. augusto wanted to take it back but isabel said,"no, i'm
not going to return it, i will when i've washed it.."
15. margarita sneaked into lisa's room. she went through lisa's books and found a dried rose pressed between the pages (maybe given by santiago). margo took the rose and stamped her feet on it. then she saw a box but the box was locked. margo opened the cupboard drawer and took a clip and tried to open the box. bingo! she saw pictures of lisa n santiago during their "honeymoon". margo was very upset. while she was looking through the stuff, silvia came home and looked for lisa. silvia entered lisa's room n saw the lioness on the bed pretending to read a book. silvia asked margo since when did margo become interested in reading medical books. margo plainly said that she was bored staying at home so she decided to read something on surgery. margo asked silvia if she knew lisa's whereabouts. silvia said maybe lisa was with her boyfriend. margo told silvia that she didn't have to say it loudly because the man would never marry lisa!
