Episode 49
1.
isabel persuaded augusto to install ceramics and complete the work at her
gallery. at first augusto wasn't interested but isabel kept persuading, so
he finally agreed. they shook hands.
2. lisa entered the lab. dr jaime was there. dr jaime told lisa to not to
feel bad about what his wife had said. lisa assured that she wasn't hurt but
delia (dr jaime's wife) might had a wrong impression towards her. dr jaime
explained that he had no bad intention towards lisa. he simply cared.. he
wanted to help lisa in everything. if possible he wanted lisa to see him as
her father. so dr jaime emotionally asked lisa "will you let me be your
father?" lisa's expression changed, she said,"i only remember one
thing about my father". "what is it?" asked dr jaime.
"my father was a great dancer, he used to dance with me..bla..bla..bla"
then lisa said that dr jaime looked like her late father. while they were
talking, the phone rang. dr fonseca called from amazon to tell that more
people were infected by the virus.. dr jaime was worried.
3. at the airport, sophea advised anibal to cooperate with santiago. sophea
and barbara were actually going to paris. barbara did not want to go but
anibal scolded her. he said that she shouldn't make a scene. it wasn't the
right time and place. barbara asked anibal to watch after santiago. if
possible don't let him get married.
4. ernesto told santiago that he was going to have an assistant, anibal. so
ernesto asked santiago to teach anibal what the latter didn't know. santiago
didn't seem happy.. but he finally agreed because as soon as he finished
tutoring anibal, he could leave the company.
5. silvia received endless flattery from her bald assistant. in yesterday's
episode, the doll making company praised silvia's work that her boss
couldn't stop smiling. he invited her for lunch. so in today's episode,
silvia wasn't sure whether to accept the invitation or not. while she was
thinking, the boss came in to confirm about the lunch. silvia asked for a
couple of minutes to make a phone call.
6.silvia called home and told carlos that she wasn't coming home for lunch.
carlos was upset as he already prepared the food.
7. silvia was still uneasy. she felt awful. she kept thinking about the
hidden agenda her boss might have behind the lunch invitation. it might be
for campaign purposes. so she finally agreed with a heavy heart. she didn't
even eat, just had a drink..
8.santiago went to see lisa at the hospital.santiago wanted to tell her
about margo. lisa sensed the awkwardness. she asked santiago why did his
tone change when he talked about margo. santiago said, he couldn't possibly
explain it at the hospital, he needed to go to a more peaceful place. so
lisa brought santiago to another place. lisa asked santiago why did he look
so restless and tired. santiago said he wasn't able to sleep. then lisa
asked about margo, santiago couldn't give a clear answer. he said that it
wasn't right to discuss it there. moreover lisa was still on duty. santiago
asked lisa to come over to his apartment when her shift ended. lisa felt
that something was wrong. she told santiago that he was freaking her out.
lisa asked him whether margo had said anything that hurts santiago. santiago
said no. at first lisa thought that santiago was distressed because margo
told augusto that santiago was once engaged to barbara. but santiago that it
was far more complicated that what lisa thought. "it's like a
nightmare". "i swear that what i'm going through is like a
nightmare," said santiago..
9.while lisa was hanging out with santiago, dr jaime came over. so he
finally met his daughter's boyfriend. he told santiago that lisa was a great
girl.
10. dr jaime's wife (delia) met lisa and apologized if by any chance she had
hurt lisa's feeling. delia said she only had dr jaime, she asked lisa to
stay away from dr jaime. she said that dr jaime was a strange guy. he kept
his past secret. dr jaime thought that there was something that he could
find in lisa, but there was actually nothing.
11. margo rang up her witch friend and asked her to come over. at first the
witch refused as she was scared of augusto but marfo forced her to come.
when the witch arrived, augusto was the one who opened the door. margo came
to the rescue, she said she was lonely, so she asked the witch to come.
augusto put on a long face... margo told the witch about what happened.
especially on santiago who wanted to marry her sister-in-law,lisa.
12. elsa met santiago at the office. she apologized to santiago. elsa said
that she should give santiago's address to margo even if she was threatened.
elsa told santiago that she had repeatedly warned margo not to disturb
santiago. she regretted that she didn't tell santiago that margo was married
before. santiago said that he knew that margo was married. he
said,"margo is married to the brother of the woman whom i am going to
marry." elsa was surprised..
13.santiago went to see his friend who worked at the swimming club. santiago
said that he had a problem. the friend asked him what was the problem about.
did santiago quarrel with lisa? santiago said..."lisa must regret that
she met a man like me."
