Episode 42

Barbara sees Margarita walking down the street, stops her car and confronts Margarita on the street. When Margarita tries to get away she is accidentally hit by a motorcyclist. Barbara drives away. 

Ramiro meets with Galindez and Solis. Ernesto reminds Ramirez of their need to finish the project and of the problems they have had. They propose to sent him to another project, tells Santiago that he has resigned. This will force Santiago to stay. Ramirez agrees.

Lisa tells Santiago that her family wants to meet him. He tells her to do it today. Lisa gives Santiago thumbnail sketches of her family. 

Montero and Campos argue about what Silvia did and what the client wants. Campos tells Montero it's him or her. Silvia tells Montero that Campos was never in the office, never returned the client's calls. Montero gets a call from the client, tells the other he will make the decision. They leave the office, Silvia tells Carolina to find a new person, packs up to go. But Montero doesn't accept her resignation, fires Campos who threatens Silvia indirectly. Montero tells Silvia he has done some checking and all of Campos' accounts are in trouble. He gives her his position. In the meantime, back home Carlos asks a neighbor for help with a recipe. He tells her that Silvia hates to cook; she tells him that she loves to cook, but hates to iron and her husband does nothing in the house. She tells him she admires him. 

Augusto solves his mortgage problem. Lisa calls to tell him that Margarita was in an accident.

Santiago is surprised that he can't find Ramirez anywhere. When he returns to his office, Santiago tells Bárbara he doesn't know if "la loca" is pregnant or not, but, in any case, she is married. Santiago tells Bárbara that they are another matter: she doesn't have to take a vacation, he doesn't have to leave the company. Santiago tells her to accept her father's idea. Just then Ernesto enters the office. He call Galindez to take Barbara home. 

Ernesto asks Santiago to reconsider his position because Ramirez has resigned. Santiago can't believe he would have done such a thing, knowing his situation, without telling him. Ernesto almost begs him to stay, at least until the project is completed. Santiago considers, then goes to Ernesto's office and tells him he will stay.

Margarita tells Lisa she is in pain.

Francisco finds the orderly on the balcony looking at the city. They talk. The orderly asks him if he tales La Beba en seria. Francisco says she is a great friend, but a muchachita.
