Augusto
decides not to look for Margarita. Jaime watches Vicente clean off the
headstone for Angela.
Delia
demands to know what Lisa is doing with the medallion and book of her
husband. She says she just found it. In revenge, she tells her about Beatriz
bringing in a badly hurt boy and how they had to break the rules because she
was her sister.
Francisco
asks Beatriz to explain why he can't go to work. Lisa sees Beatriz in the
hall, asks for an explanation. Beba tells her the truth except for saying
that the attacker was a stranger. They are interrupted by Jaime. Beatriz
thanks him, gives him a kiss on the cheek and leaves. Delia visits Francisco
and reprimands him for making her break the rules, implies (from his look)
that he is a trouble-maker. Lisa thanks Jaime.
Santiago
asks Javier for his keys, he wants to arrange a surprise. Santiago tells him
that Lisa will be the last woman in his life.Rubi gives Lisa Santiago's
message a bit late. Lisa goes to the recreation center, the pool, calls for
Santiago. She finds bunches of balloons and a card attached to once bunch.
Santiago hides behind Lisa as she guesses that he wants her to undress,
enter the pool and swim over to the card. She walks away but returns in her
swim suit. When she reads the card attached to the balloons, it tells her to
meet him at the bottom of the pool where he puts the engagement ring on her
finger..When they reach the surface, he proposes. She acts surprised. She
accepts.
Isabel
tries to tell Ernesto that he isn't helping Barbara by encouraging her
feelings for Santiago. Ernesto doesn't accept the advice.
Augusto
tells Vicente that Margarita left the house with a suitcase. He tells
Vicente that everything has a limit, if his marriage is over, it is over.
Margarita enters the office. Margarita tells Augusto she has always had to
share him, she is alone. She tells him she wants to try again. He says until
when, until another of her crises. She tells him that he is her life. She
promises him it will be different.
Roberto
and his friends get guns from their boss.
Ernesto
tells Gallindo that Santiago's reaction surprised him. He seemed relieved
but still wanted to sell out. Gallindo tells him it isn't practical now;
Santiago knows too much. Ernesto agrees, but says he is much too ethical.
Gallindo suggests that Ernesto buy time. Once the project is finished, it
won't matter. Ernesto says that won't solve the problem of Barbara's
obsession. Gallindo suggests sending her abroad.
Beba
begs the director of her school to give her another chance, let her take the
exam. Beba asks for more time to finish the exam but the director tells her
she has already given her more time than is allowed
Carlos
takes the twins shopping.
Delia
asks Jaime where he was. He gives a lame excuse. She returns his agenda,
says that Lisa had it, and the medallion.
