Episode 33
1.
lisa was not able to concentrate on her work. jaime wondered why and was
concerned. lisa briefly explained her problems, unconsciously referring them
to jaime. (she said something like life is not like a box of chocolate, why
things do not turn out easy for hard living people, etc. etc,). so, la papa
was sad. suddenly... madam (delia) went in, looking suspicious. lisa excused
herself. madam asked jaime, what's going on? i see that you are very close
to that girl? jaime said, nada. lisa was very distracted. i was just trying
to calm her down. there was nothing to be jelous about. delia replied, that
girl is young enough to be daughter!!
2. gustavo managed to get hold of lisa. firstly, to give her margarita's
result. 'margarita' was not pregnant, but she has cholesterol problem (she
must have swapped it with an obese person's blood that day!!!). but gustavo
had a strange feeling about it because margarita had shown symptoms of a
pregnant woman. gustavo asked lisa, 'so how are you?' lisa told him a little
bit of this and that. one of them was, 'if i were not to meet santiago,
maybe they are preparing for their wedding by now.' gustavo was being
sensible and tried to reason with lisa, 'look, u r not the cause of all
these. maybe it is meant to be that way. look at me... i was eyeing at u,
but santiago came up. should i be weeping about it?' lisa: 'but, i never
give hope to you.' gustavo: 'just remember it is not your fault...' gustavo
tried to calm her down, and after a while of talking lisa looked a little
bit relaxed.
3. that nurse elvira was babbling about delia being the chief nurse. ruby,
lisa and the gang were thrilled that elvira did not become the chief nurse.
when el director la clinica passed by, elvira went to confer with him... el
director said he was busy!!! ruby commented that she was happy that delia
became the chief nurse, 'how about u lisa?' 'no problem, but i think she
does not like me,' lisa replied.
4. beba y mimi underwent detention - mimi's mama came. scolded mimi, warned
beba - don't ever befriend my daughter ever again! beba y mimi were sad...
the teacher in charged for the detention spoke with beba - i know u r not a
troubled kid. beba said why must everything be within rules. beba said
nobody understood her...
5. augusto went to beba's workplace as beba's boss wanted to see him. when
he was entering the store he saw francisco. while talking with beba's boss,
augusto inquired about beba's colleagues - one is adriana, another is
francisco, told the boss. the boss said many people had wrong impression on
francisco, tapi was actually a good kid. when augusto left the office, he
called upon francisco and wanted to speak with him. he said to francisco,
don't befriend my sister. she was still a little girl and in a confused
stage. francisco couldn't say anything.
6. santiago went to see margarita at la restorante. they spoke audibly...
so, santiago asked margarita to go out because he didn't want to make a
scene in the restaurant. thy went to birds park - margarita asked, why do
you bring me here? we do not want to watch birds! santiago repeated himself
that he would not change his 'life plan' just b'coz margarita is pregnant.
margarita said, either take both or nothing. santiago: 'let me have a moment
to understand this. u say if i do not take u, u won't have this baby? don't
i have a say on that baby's life?' margarita: 'well, u can't just let me
suffer for 9 months and when all done, u just get the dough!' they quarreled...
margarita left, santiago had a moment of thought...
7. lisa was done with her shift - santiago was already waiting. lisa was
happy to see him... 'i feel like we r apart for a century.' santiago: 'no,
no... 2 centuries to me.' lisa: 'vamos...' 'wait, let me hug you for a
while,' santiago replied. when he hugged lisa, he looked worried - worried
of losing her...
