Carlos agrees to let Silvia work for a month while he takes care of the children. Beba helps Francisco take a splinter out of his kitten Beethoven. Santiago takes Lisa to a church and asks the priest to marry them, but since they haven't had a civil ceremony he can't. He does, however, bless their union. When Margarita faints again, Augusto insists on her seeing a doctor. Beba spends so much time inside Francisco's house, after spilling some books, that Mimi calls Roberto when she sees him driving by. Roberto hits Francisco, then draws a knife on him. Santiago "invents" a wedding party, taking advantage of a party of tourists. The doctor who examines Margarita suspects a pregnancy and insists on a laboratory test.
