Episode 2

at the estradas house, augusto was waiting for margo. margo came in only to pour her complaints on augusto. suddenly the door bell rang. silvia arrived with carlos and the twins. silvia was so angry and embarassed. they had no money and their house was sold, they had to come as they had no pace to stay. they didn’t even have $ to pay the taxi driver, so silvia had to ask it from augusto. instead, augusto was so pleased that silvia had come home! margo, as expected, hated the idea thoroughly, as silvia was the only one at home who dared to go against her. she said to herself, "another problem coming." silvia asked augusto for a stay in his place till carlos found a job and a place to stay. she also asked him to lend her some $ to pay some of the loans. margo became so angry as augusto never even gave her enough money to spend! she said,"with these three sisters, augusto will never get rich!"

silvia asked augusto where beba was. augusto told her that beba was at giovanni's place to see giovanni's son. "what? beba has a boyfriend?" augusto replied,"no, beba's too young for that. he's just a friend." beba reached home. she was happy to see her sister and nieces. augusto assured silvia that she and her family could use lisa's room, and lisa would move to beba's room. beba helped silvia to rearrange lisa's room. beba told silvia,"i'm glad you are back with us. you are the only one who can fight margarita." silvia was surprised,"why? she doesn't treat you well?" beba replied,"she doesn't treat anybody well. she's like a hedgehog, you can see but you can't touch."

margo went to see her friend omaira the witch. she complained again about her life. she said she was tired of her life. "you said that a big change was coming in augusto's life. you didn't tell me it was a disaster!" margo told omaira about silvia's moving into her house. omaira tried to console margo. omaira shuffled her cards and made her prediction. she said that the thing that tied margo to augusto was sex. margo grumbled,"didn't i tell you that before!" then came the good news, margo's life was going to change soon! margo was so happy, "really? am i going to be rich?" her evil eyes shone. omaira said,"the chance of your life will come like a shooting star. it happens only once, if you don't grab it you'll lose it." margo remembered the moment she bumped into santiago and said,"it has to be him, but i'm selling building materials to santiago's company, i have no problem seeing him anytime i wish!" omaira reminded margo,"you have to grab the chance when you can, it's now or never!" margo cracked a devilish smile,"i won’t want to stuck my life with this estrada family."

outside the club, dr. gustavo, the young doctor from the municipal hospital came to pick lisa up from the club. santiago just stared. lisa pretended like she didn't notice santiago. lisa and gustavo left with gustavo's car. later, javier, santiago's friend who worked at the club came out and walked towards santiago. santiago javier if he knew a girl with jet black hair. javier replied,"oh, lisa estrada, pretty isn't she?" they got into santiago's car. while driving santiago asked javier more about lisa. javier said,"lisa was once in the swimming team. she is an orphan, and lives with her brother and sisters. she's a nurse, also a medical student." santiago kept asking questions that javier wondered if santiago was falling for lisa. javier warned santiago,"lisa isn't an easy girl to pick up. she turned down every guy in the team. hey, you said u wanted to buy me beer?" santiago replied,"yes, but i've got beer at my apartment. we'll go there. i'm tired of barbara's jealousy." as santiago entered his apartment, barb called to check him out. santiago told her that he went for a swim at the club and javier was at the apartment with him. as he hung up, he said to javier,"i guess every woman likes to control her man." javier replied,"santiago, i have known you since we were kids. do you love barbara?" santiago replied,"i like her. she's pretty. she's a nice girl, although a little bit pampered. she went to a swiss university, and she can speak four languages.." javier said to santiago,"but between you and me, i don't think you love her.."

meanwhile, lisa and gustavo had dinner. gustavo tried to express his feelings towards lisa, but lisa wouldn't listen. she said that she was there to tell him something very important. gustavo said,"you know since i set foot in the hospital my goal is to ask you for a date." lisa replied,"you know that you and me are just friends." then lisa told him about her suspicions on solis enterprise. she said that the dr. serpa the director was on the company's side and the hospital might be closed. gustavo said that couldn't be possible because the municapal hospital was the only governmant hospital in the county. lisa told him about what she saw at the construction site, and gustavo just had to believe her. gustavo asked,"so what are we going to do now?" lisa replied,"we can stand in their way so that the can't proceed with the construction."

lisa went home, she saw carlos and silvia in her room. augusto asked lisa to keep quiet and slowly pulled her out of the room. he explained why silvia was there, and told lisa that beba had left her space in beba's bed. as lisa entered beba's room, beba sleepily asked,"lisa is that you?" lisa said yes. beba told her that silvia was there. "yes i know, augusto already told me." as lisa changed her clothes, beba broke her news,"i have a boyfriend." lisa was surprised,"but you are too young!" beba replied,"you won't understand how good it feels to be kissed.. and hugged.." lisa quickly cut in,"not more than that!" beba went on,"the anxiety.." lisa was puzzled,"anxiety?" beba replied,"soon when you feel the anxiety, and you'll understand. it's about falling in love." lisa recalled her moment with santiago at pool. she whispered to herself,"was that anxiety? no, it couldn't be. he just made me angry." beba asked lisa,"why don't you have a boyfriend?" lisa replied,"i had one before, but it didn't last."

the next day, augusto and carlos had a man to man talk. augusto told carlos that he was quite frusterated when silvia decided to quit her studies to marry carlos,"both of you were young when you got married. she should have finished her studies and get a job." carlos disagreed,"a woman should stay home and look after the kids!" however augusto respected carlos's decision to move into his house,"only real man can swallow his ego to come and stay in this house." after augusto left, carlos wanted to go out to look for a job. silvia was mopping the floor. as she saw carlos leaving, she asked whether he wanted to eat first. carlos refused, he said he would it at his workplace. silvia was angry,"why don't you just swallow your ego and eat here?" carlos replied,"whether i eat or not is my problem. it doesn't matter even if i don't eat until i find a job!" silvia complained,"i had sacrificed my life to be with you, even when you were dreaming! i even quit my studies!" carlos shot back,"a wife has to stay at home and take care of the kids while her husband go to work!" silvia was tired of quarrelling,"i don't care how you gonna do it, but i want diapers for the kids when you get home!" carlos left.

at the hospital yard, lisa organized a demonstration against solis enterprise. ramirez called ernesto,"the cement truck can't get into the construction area, there's a demonstration going on." ernesto asked,"what does that have to do with us?" ramirez replied,"that's the problem, it's against us." meanwhile, serpa came to see what was going on. in order to hide his dark alliance with solis enterprise, he had to join the demonstration.

margo went to solis enterprise to show santiago the parquet samples. she waited outside his office. as santiago arrived, she introduced herself. santiago invited her into his office, and asked whether she would like a cup of coffee. margo siad she'd like it with milk. santiago asked elsa to prepare coffee with milk for margo and black coffee for himself. in santiago's office, margo showed santiago the samples. she leaned down besides santiago and described the samples with a sexy voice. she told him that her personal favourite was the one called amazon yellow,"i like the name." santiago replied,"it's just the name of a piece of wood." margo asked,"have u been to amazon?" santiago said no. margo seductively said,"i'd love to go to amazon.. to bathe in the waterfall.. and feel against my skin.. can u feel it?" she sexyly hold the piece of wood against her cleavage. santiago answered,"yes.. i feel it.." margo leaned over and kissed santiago. she broke the kiss and made a guilty face. santiago stood up. margo pressed her body against santiago and they kissed again. santiago whispered,"those are the largest.."
