Isabel is Barbara's best friend. She gives Barbara a shoulder to cry on everytime Barbara faces difficulties with her family. She has a painting gallery given to her by her father. Isabel was once engaged to Barbara's brother Anibal, which had been utterly disapproved by the siblings' mother.
